system, you know it’s constructed so that no warm up is<br />
necessary before starting right into the workout.</p>
<p>But lately I’ve been enjoying a short, efficient pre-workout<br />
warm-up, to get my mind and body in tune and give me  a<br />
little wake-up call, both mentally and physiclly.</p>
<p>It’s divided into two parts. In this video, I’ll show you part<br />
one, which is a nice series of gentle stretches combined with<br />
slow, deep breathing.</p>
<p>It’s a great way to focus your mind and body and set<br />
yourself up for the more strenuous efforts that follow.</p>

<p>To build strong, great looking shoulders, there’s nothing<br />
like handstand push-ups. But most people won’t be able to<br />
do them at all, at first.</p>
<p>In the LGNAAA system, I teach you an easy progression to<br />
get you there, even if you can’t do a regular push-up on the<br />
ground when you first start out.</p>
<p>In this video, I’ll give you another tip to help get you there.<br />
As your strength increases with this exercise, move your<br />
feet closer to your hands, to shift more weight onto your<br />
arms and increase the intensity of the work your shoulders<br />
are doing.</p>
